 The Charter School Substitute Teacher Network is an organized collection of highly qualified educators who are responsible for providing teachers to schools that need substitutes. Our vision is to improve the quality of education across the United States by delivering effective classroom instruction for any days that substitute teachers are needed throughout the school year.

Our Network commitment is two-fold. First, we are committed to providing the most professional and fully experienced teachers for charter schools across the state. These teachers are prepared to create environments of learning that excite and inspire their classrooms. Our second commitment is to find educators who are looking to join our team. We will provide a rewarding environment for them to thrive as retired teachers and/or those in-between full-time positions. We recognize that each child represents an opportunity to produce future leaders and influencers. We also believe that every one of our teachers represents an opportunity to positively impact these children. We are committed to treating our educators well as they perform such an important role!

The Charter School Substitute Teacher Network personalizes its service by providing full background screening for schools to examine and pick the teachers who best fit their school environment. We are also committed to ensuring that our teachers are fully qualified and prepared and come with the passion and teaching skills that will enhance the learning environment of the classroom.
